November Election
For the November 3, 2020 general election, I’ll be facing off against a Democratic challenger.

REGISTER TO VOTE
To vote in North Carolina’s November 2020 election, you MUST be a registered voter in N.C. Also, you MUST be United States citizen, be 18 years old by Nov. 3rd, be a resident of North Carolina, and you cannot be serving a convicted felony sentence.

EARLY VOTING (October 15 - 31, 2020)
One-stop early voting allows you to vote in person during the second half of October, before the November 3rd election day. You may also use these locations for same-day voter registration, if you are not registered in North Carolina but meet the qualifications to vote.
In Caldwell County, we will have two early voting locations, one in Granite Falls and one in Lenoir, open Monday - Saturday:

VOTER FRAUD
In Caldwell County, we’re going to do everything we can
to STOP and PREVENT voter fraud
in the 2020 general election.

VOTE BY MAIL / ABSENTEE VOTING
The state of North Carolina will be allowing all registered voters to request a mail-in absentee ballot for the November 3rd, 2020 general election. If you want to vote by mail, you must complete and sign this form, and either submit it in person to the Caldwell County Board of Elections or mail it to P.O. Box 564, Lenoir, NC 28645. The Caldwell County Board of Elections MUST receive your signed request form by 5:00 pm on October 27, 2020 for you to get a mail-in absentee ballot.
Once you receive your mail-in absentee ballot, you will be required to have one adult witness sign and confirm that you filled out your own ballot. After you have voted and your witness has signed, seal your ballot envelope and return it to the Caldwell County Board of Elections in person or by mail. For mail-in absentee ballots to count, they must be postmarked on or before November 3, 2020 and delivered to the Board of Election by 5:00pm on November 6, 2020.
ELECTION DAY
Election Day will be Tuesday, November 3, 2020. On this day, you can vote at your local precinct in your community. The polls are open 6:30 am until 7:30 pm.
